Dr. Mathew received her doctoral training at New Jersey Dental School, and proceeded to continue her residency at New Jersey Dental School. Now in private practice, she is a general dentist who is focused on providing the highest standard of care to her patients. Her goal is to create beautiful smiles through comfortable, convenient care. Dr. Mathew joins the ranks of 6% of dentists in the nation to have achieved a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentist (F.A.G.D.), an elite group who has been rigorously tested and have shown to demonstrate a wide range of dental knowledge. She completed her undergraduate degree at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota with dual majors in Biology and Spanish. Dr. Hu has always loved working with children of all ages. She taught high school biology for two years in St. Paul, Minnesota after college, and graduated with her DDS from the University of Minnesota in 2006.
As a general dentist, she has excelled in diverse clinical settings including private practice, non-profit pediatric clinics, and the VA treating primarily homeless veterans. In her spare time, Dr. Aimee enjoys hiking, downhill skiing, traveling to experience other cultures, and spending time with her husband, two sons, and their labradoodle.
